Photo copyright and privacy

As outlined in our terms and conditions any photos you upload to the website remain yours with full copyright protection. Excluding 3rd parties used for our photo hosting service we will never use or release your photos to other companies without your express permission. You do consent though, through use of the site, that other guests registered to the same wedding account will be able to see, download and comment on your photos and that Wedding Photo Swap has no control or obligation to how these photos are then used by other wedding guest members.
